Commercial contracts for communities, ranches, apartments, & municipalities
Not to misuse or interfere with the Services
Not to falsify pet or animal data
Not to misuse PETCSI enforcement tools
Not to reverse engineer DNA systems, software, or proprietary databases
To comply with local laws governing animal data, property rules, and wildlife/livestock regulations
All sales are final unless otherwise stated
Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled
Pricing may change with notice
Promotional or introductory pricing is not permanent
You acknowledge it provides biotechnology-based forensic matching, not veterinary medical advice
PETCSI reports may be used by communities, ranches, law enforcement, or legal entities
PETACARE is not responsible for how third parties use forensic results
PETCSI retains the right to store anonymized forensic data
BioAgriTrack agricultural DNA & tracking services:
May be subject to federal, state, or international agricultural regulations
May require registration, ranch approval, or health documentation
PETACARE is not responsible for violations of livestock or ranching regulations by the user
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
PETACARE, BioTech Pet, PETCSI, and BioAgriTrack are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
DNA results are not guaranteed to be 100% error-free
GEO tracking accuracy may vary
AI predictions are probabilistic, not medical diagnoses
Your exclusive remedy is discontinuing use of the Services.

Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or reverse engineering is strictly prohibited.
We may suspend or terminate accounts for:
Violation of Terms
Fraud
Abuse of DNA or forensic tools
Non-payment
Security breaches
